We’re delighted to announce that Fiona Pinto has joined ChoiceMortgages UK Ltd as our new Mortgage & Protection Consultant, marking an exciting new chapter in the continued growth of our business.
As our client base continues to expand and enquiries increase, it is important to us that we maintain the high standards of service, advice and expertise that ChoiceMortgages UK Ltd has proudly delivered under Nicola Bentman’s direction for over 25 years. Fiona’s arrival ensures we can continue to provide that same trusted, personal approach while supporting the growing needs of both new and existing clients.
Supporting Our Clients, Every Step of the Way
Fiona will be working closely with Nicola Bentman to manage all Mortgage and Protection enquiries, as well as supporting our existing clients with their ongoing requirements. By strengthening our team, we’re ensuring that every client continues to receive prompt communication, clear guidance and tailored advice, delivered with the professionalism and care our clients have come to expect.
Fiona brings a strong background in sales and customer relationship management. Her approach centres on:
- Building long-term, trusted relationships
- Listening carefully to understand each client’s individual circumstances
- Clearly explaining available options
- Developing thoughtful, practical solutions to meet current and future needs
Her calm and friendly manner immediately puts clients at ease. She particularly enjoys meeting customers face to face, building genuine rapport and ensuring they feel confident throughout what can often be a complex or emotional process.
Importantly, Fiona shares Nicola’s commitment to maintaining the exceptional standards that have defined the business for more than two decades, combining expertise with a genuinely personal service.
Strengthening our Stamford Office
Fiona will be based in our Stamford office five days a week, providing additional capacity to support our growing caseload and increasing demand. Her presence ensures that as the business grows, the quality of service remains consistent, thorough and client-focused.
Beyond the Office
Outside of work, Fiona enjoys long walks in the Peak District with her family and her beagle, relaxing with a good book and a glass of wine, and continuing her passion for photography. She has worked on some particularly interesting photography projects, including those connected with the Royal Household and the BBC Proms, experiences that reflect both her creativity and attention to detail.
