Fiona Pinto has joined ChoiceMortgages UK Ltd as Mortgage & Protection Consultant, supporting the continued growth of the business and the increasing number of client enquiries and cases.

Working closely with Nicola Bentman, Fiona will play an important role in ensuring that the high standards of service, advice and expertise, established and delivered under Nicola’s direction for over 25 years, are consistently maintained as the business continues to flourish.

Fiona will jointly handle all Mortgage and Protection enquiries and assist existing clients with their ongoing requirements, helping to ensure every case receives the attention, care and professionalism our clients expect from us.

She brings a strong background in sales and customer relationship management, with a particular focus on building long-term relationships. Fiona takes time to listen carefully to each client’s needs, clearly explain available options and develop bespoke solutions that meet their individual circumstances.

Known for her calm, friendly and approachable manner, Fiona enjoys meeting clients face to face, building rapport and trust, and guiding them confidently through every stage of the Mortgage and Protection process.

Based in our Stamford office five days a week, Fiona is helping ensure that as ChoiceMortgages UK Ltd grows, the personal service and high standards at the heart of the business remain firmly in place.

Outside of work, Fiona enjoys long walks in the Peak District with family and her beagle, reading with a glass of wine, and pursuing her passion for photography, including projects connected with the Royal Household and the BBC Proms.
